Kaya Limited (popularly known as Kaya Skin Clinic) is a provider of skincare, haircare, and beauty solutions. Headquartered in Mumbai, it was incorporated on March 27, 2003 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Marico Limited. In September 2013, Kaya Limited demerged from Marico Limited and is now an independent company.
There are more than 100 Kaya Clinics across 26 cities in India. Kaya also has over 20 clinics in the Middle East in addition to an e-commerce portal and a team of more than 140 dermatologists and beauty therapists. Kaya also operates a retail format called, 'Kaya Skin Bar' which houses specialized products that cater to skin and hair care needs. There are over 100 Kaya Skin Bars in India.

History
In the year 2002, Mr. Harsh Mariwala, Chairman of Marico Limited, launched the prototype of Kaya Skin Clinic at Marico's corporate office. Soon after, 6 Kaya Skin Clinics were launched in the cities of Mumbai and Delhi. The brand was then incorporated on 27 March 2003, expanding its skin clinics to various parts of India. The next year, 2004, Kaya ventured into the Middle East, launching its first skin clinic in Dubai.
In 2010, Kaya Limited acquired Singapore-based cosmetic company Derma Rx. Kaya Limited introduced Aqua Radiance--a supersonic water jet facial--as one of the company's signature services. Kaya Limited divested Derma-Rx International Aesthetics Pte Ltd. to KV Asia Capital in December 2013.
"Kaya Skin Bar", a product-forward retail concept was launched in January, 2013.

Business
Kaya Limited operates three business formats, namely Kaya Skin Clinic, Kaya Skin Bar, and Kaya E-commerce. Kaya Skin Clinic offers solutions for various skin conditions like Acne, Pigmentation as well as Laser Hair Removal solutions while Kaya Skin Bar has 13 skin care and hair care ranges developed by in-house dermatologists.
Kaya products are sold on both its e-commerce portal and eBay in addition to various other ecommerce portals such as Flipkart, Jabong.com, Nykaa, Snapdeal, Amazon.com, Myntra, etc.
Corporate Affairs
The majority of the Kaya Limited's shares (60.70%) are held by the promoters group. The rest is divided between the individual public (20.93%), foreign institutions (6.30%), Mutual Funds (3.63%), Body Corporate (5.65%) and others as on August 7, 2015.
Porinju Veliyath - the noted Indian Value Investor and Fund Manager on behalf of his portfolio management firm Equity Intelligence India Ltd bought 5 per cent of Kaya Limited on Jun 08, 2017.

Kaya Limited offers solutions & products ranging from hair care and skin care in the specialized categories of Anti-Aging, Pigmentation, Acne, Acne Scar, and Laser Permanent Hair Reduction along with regular beauty enhancement services.
The product range of Kaya Ltd consists of over 50 skincare products ranging from daily skin care to specific skin concerns.
